Quality Policy
As part of a dedication to excellence “iTs Designs Limited” trading as “Alert-iT” (Alert-iT Care Alarm Technology – the ‘company’) is committed to the consistent supply of high-quality medical device products and innovative designs, which provide outstanding value to the users.
The Organisation shall comply with the requirements of Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745, UK Medical Devices Regulation 2002 (SI 2002 No 618, as amended) (UK MDR 2002) and EN ISO 13485:2016 in order to establish, maintain and continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
It is the policy of the Organisation to establish measurable quality objectives that shall be reviewed and consistent with this Quality Policy. Management will strive to attain and maintain the highest possible standards of quality and service in order to meet or exceed customer expectations.
It is the Organisation’s policy to:
- Keep and maintain records of the quality management system in accordance with current
required standards, regulations and directives. - Ensure those involved are trained, and conversant in their role within the quality management system, so that the Organisation consistently supplies quality products and good customer service.
- Develop or acquire products which are effective, safe and reliable.
- Strive for continual improvement in performance through internal and external
communications.
